We want you to feel confident and radiant in your festival fit, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for an e-gift card to get your next rave outfit even faster.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your unworn items with original tags, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
